Consult​

At your first meeting with DCI, we will like to meet at the fitout location.

Walk through the space with you for a site inspection, discussing your ideas and your vision.

While chatting, we will document your ideas, room sizes, access points, potential challenges etc. ​to collate for your quotation.

Completion

On Fitout completion, we do a walk through with you to make sure you are havppy all areas within your space.

Design

DCI are experienced in commercial design.

We collaborate with you to translate your vision into reality.

Within your quote we will include the floor plan design and the interior design ideas, including aesthetic choices.

This may be wall and floor selections, art choices, branding etc.

(samples can be provided).​

Also discussed during your next meeting, elevations, services layout, interior finishes, construction drawings and of course finalising costs.

Build

The construct stage is where you will be liaising with your contractor to build your dream environment.

They are there to: Refer to construction floor plans, build fitout, quality assurance, monitor time management for build, budget control and clear consistent communication for a stress-free experience.

Planning

DCI takes the stress out of the planning process.  

We have progress meetings broken down into stages so you can be kept up to date with the fitout transformation as it progresses. 

Referring to the scope of works and the design layout, cost plan and preliminary timeline so all areas of fitout are understood.

As new ideas emerge while the flout is in build mode.

Variations may need to be discussed.
